What we do:
We acquire, retrofit, and donate residential property to UK universities under a structured commercial framework: the Donate-to-Contract (D2C) model. Each donation is conditional on a simultaneously executed long-term services contract covering compliance, inventory management, energy procurement, and carbon reporting. The structure expands institutional housing capacity, supports net-zero objectives, and creates a single accountable services partner — all without university capital expenditure.

The UK faces a 450,000-bed student accommodation shortfall. D2C delivers compliant, retrofitted multi-unit housing directly to universities — adding capacity without adding cost.
Decarbonisation at scale
Properties are retrofitted to a low-carbon institutional standard before donation. The ongoing services contract supports HESA reporting, SECR compliance, and university net-zero programmes.
Procurement-aligned engagement
We engage under the pre-market provisions of the Procurement Act 2023, with structured confidentiality and exclusivity arrangements designed for institutional counterparties.
